We are especially interested in purchasing older Steinway Grands and Baby Grands needing repair or restoration. These pianos may be in:

- SELLING A PIANO? -

If you have an older Steinway Grand Piano to sell, please click on our "Quick Questionnaire" button to the left of this screen. You will access the "Quick Questionnaire" and receive instructions on how to fill it out properly and return it to us.

In the event you have a piano for sale that Piano Scouts is not currently interested in buying, we can still help you sell the piano by running an ad on our "Pianos-for-Sale" page.

For a fee of only $35.00 Piano Scouts will run an ad for your piano on our Website for 60 days. Just click on "Piano Sellers Ad Form" and follow the simple instructions.

- BUYING A PIANO? -

If you are interested in purchasing a used piano, please click on the "Buy a Piano" button located on the top of this page. Here you will find a list of our used pianos for sale, as well as instructions on how you can see and play these instruments.

Some of the pianos for sale are in poor condition and need to be restored. Piano Scouts offers complete restoration services, including rebuilding and refinishing. When you find a piano on our site that needs restoration, we can restore it for you. Please inquire about this service. These pianos will also be of interest to piano tuners/technicians looking for pianos to rebuild and re-sell.

- SEARCHING FOR A PIANO? -

If you don't find the kind of piano you want on our "Pianos for Sale" page, we may be able to locate one for you. If you live in the New York City Metropolitan area, or are willing to travel to Long Island New York to look at pianos, please fill out our "Piano's Wanted Form". We will then attempt to locate an appropriate instrument for you. There is no charge for this service. Please make sure you fill out the "Pianos Wanted Form" completely, before submitting it to us.
